Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

We're working on it! We have plans to open the shop to a world-wide audience as quickly as we can. In the mean time, we can ship to the US and Canada using USPS or FedEx. But trust us, getting our art prints to all corners of the globe is at the top of the list. Along with buying chips. And dip.

How long will it take for me to get my awesome print?

Typically the art print will be shipped from Texas in no more than 4 business days from the time ordered. Your method of shipping will determine when you receive the package. All shipping options come with tracking numbers for um, ... tracking.

What if I need to return something?

We hope you love what we've made, but if you're not happy with your purchase or it arrived damaged please contact us.

Returns may be made within 7 days of receipt of the item, and we will refund you as soon as your order arrives in it's original state. You're responsible for return shipping expense.

If an order has been returned due to an error in name or address, we are happy to re-ship the item, but you're responsible for paying a second shipping fee to cover additional shipping. Or, the item will be refunded, less the cost of shipping.

Where and how are these prints being made?

The original art is made by hand by Jacob Souva using his trusty Wacom Cintiq monitor, Photoshop, and a 1/2 ton of good old fashion elbow grease (eww). When you order a print from the site, Jacob gets his awesome printer (made in the US of A) to make and ship it to you directly. They are not numbered or "limited edition" because we're not that fancy. The prints are of the highest quality, printed using archival inks on beautiful paper or stretched over canvas.

Do you make custom art work or do commissions? Can the art work here be modified?

Jacob does indeed work as a freelance illustrator and could be hired to help you with your project. Head on over to his portfolio site to get the ball rolling.

Some of the work here can be modified (by us!) if needed. Just contact us and we can discuss exactly what you'd like to do.

Who owns what?

An easy question! You own the actual printed-on-paper or canvas print, we retain the rights to the digital image so we can print it over and over again to our other fine customers. That means the best way to get your hands on the art, is to buy it.
